1. Acceptance of Terms By registering, browsing, or using ResumifyAI (https://resumifyai.io), operated by Vizo Tech, you (“User”) confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services Offered ResumifyAI provides AI-powered tools to create professional CVs and cover letters. We offer the following plans:

Free Plan: Limited to one (1) CV using the Classic template only. CV includes a watermark. No cover letter included.
Basic Plan: One-time payment for one (1) CV and one (1) cover letter. All premium templates available. No watermark.
Pro Plan: Monthly subscription for up to five (5) CVs and five (5) cover letters per month. All premium templates available. No watermark.

All CVs and cover letters are delivered in PDF format only.

3. Account and Authentication You may create an account using Google Sign-In. Additional authentication methods may be added in the future. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. User Responsibilities You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of the information you provide. ResumifyAI does not verify, endorse, or guarantee the truthfulness of any user-submitted content.

5. Payment and Billing Payments are processed securely through Safepay and/or other authorized payment processors. By purchasing a paid plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees as displayed on our website at the time of purchase.

For the Pro Plan, your subscription may auto-renew monthly unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel your subscription at any time by contacting support@resumifyai.io.

6. Order Cancellation Policy

Basic Plan (One-Time Payment): Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided no CV or cover letter has been generated or downloaded. Once a document is generated, the order is considered fulfilled and cannot be cancelled.
Pro Plan (Monthly Subscription): You may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing support@resumifyai.io. Cancellation stops all future renewals. Access to Pro features continues until the end of the current billing cycle. Refunds for the current cycle are subject to our Refund Policy.

7. Intellectual Property All templates, code, design elements, and AI-generated output structures are the property of ResumifyAI / Vizo Tech. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use your generated CV and cover letter for personal job applications only.

8. Limitation of Liability ResumifyAI is not liable for any job application outcomes, data loss, or indirect damages arising from the use of our service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service in the preceding 12 months.

9. Modifications We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify you of significant changes via email or website notice.

10. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Karachi, Pakistan.

11. Business Information and Contact ResumifyAI is operated by Vizo Tech, a registered sole proprietorship in Pakistan.
