1. Free Plan
   No payment is involved. Therefore, no refunds apply.
   
   

2. Basic Plan (Pay-Per-Use)

   • Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase.
   • Refunds are only eligible if no CV or cover letter has been generated or downloaded.
   • Once a document is generated or downloaded, the service is considered “used,” and no refunds will be issued.
     
     

3. Pro Plan (Monthly Subscription – 5 CVs + 5 Cover Letters)

   • This plan grants access to generate up to five (5) CVs and five (5) cover letters within a 30-day subscription period.
   • You may request a refund within 48 hours of initial subscription, provided no CV or cover letter has been generated or downloaded.
   • After 48 hours, or if any document has been created, no refunds will be processed.
   • Subscriptions auto-renew monthly. You must cancel before the renewal date to avoid charges.
     
     

4. How to Request a Refund

   • Your full name
   • Registered email
   • Transaction ID
   • Reason for refund
    

5. Processing Time
   Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days via the original payment method.
   
   

6. No Refunds for Misuse or Errors
   Refunds will not be issued for user errors (e.g., entering wrong data) or failure to follow instructions.
