    By registering, browsing, or using ResumifyAI, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

  2. Services Offered
    ResumifyAI provides AI-powered tools to create professional CVs and cover letters. We offer three plans:

    • Free Plan: Limited to one (1) non-ATS-optimized CV with watermark. No cover letter.
    • Basic Plan: One-time payment for one (1) CV + one (1) cover letter. No watermark.
    • Pro Plan: Monthly subscription for up to five (5) CVs + five (5) cover letters. No watermark.
     

  3. User Responsibilities
    You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of the information you provide. ResumifyAI does not verify, endorse, or guarantee the truthfulness of any user-submitted content.

  4. Intellectual Property
    All templates, code, design, and AI-generated output are the property of ResumifyAI. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use your generated CV/cover letter for personal job applications only.

  5. Account & Authentication
    You may sign up via email, Google, or Facebook. Guest users can preview templates but must register to generate or download documents.

  6. Limitation of Liability
    ResumifyAI is not liable for any job application outcomes, data loss, or indirect damages arising from the use of our service.

  7. Modifications
    We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

  8. Governing Law
    These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Karachi, Pakistan.
